Owning operations: not done at shipping. Deployment, monitoring, and maintenance are included.
Full-stack practice: moving between Java/Spring and Node.js back ends and Vue/React front ends.
Improvement-driven: raised Solution Square's Java from 11 through 21 to 25 and moved the front-end build from CRA to Vite. On Tech Square, took part in rebuilding the Java 8 system on Node.js.
Communication: confirming business context across clients, operators, and developers, and aligning in language each side understands.
